A Brief History of Trends

A Brief History of Trends
I'm going to erase every kind word I said about the Rolling Stones now. I figure that if these kind of pricks can be released from jail by my erasing of condemning posts, they can be condemned by my erasing flattering posts.

The Rolling Stones needed the Beatles to start a trend for them before they jumped on it with the Lennon/McCartney song, I Want to Be Your Man. Since then they've created no trends of their own but stayed popular by riding the existing trends, just like good businessmen. They were psychedelic when that was in. They were art rock when that was in. They were disco when that was in. They jumped on these trends all the way to when the business had degenerated so much that it made a trend out of fraud with my work. And they jumped on that. They jump on trends because they are more concerned with being popular than with being artists. And if you want to know my prophesy for them, I think that as I grow more and more prominent over the years to come, they will fade away.
